After the skies have darkened,
And the Earth has split from the fault,
And those in Washington have harkened,
To the Lilliputian gestalt,
Then the Great and Mighty,
Will raise their eyes aghast,
For forward of the steeple,
And towering 'bove the mast,
Will the fiercesome visage,
Of the mighty master mate,
Move pieces like in cribbage,
Past the fortress gate,
As armies fall asunder,
To the mighty roar of HALT!
The reverberating thunder,
Of the righteous, galloping Galt!
