Also how Rove has used smear campaigns and dirty tricks in every election. 3) Ohio and Florida both. Bush-Rove cheated both times. Bush is a genius at one thing, fixing elections. The Diebold paperless voting machines, a single-use weapon. Exit polls showed Kerry had won that day. Sean Hannity even conceded on the radio.
