"Plolemaic system (the earth at the center of the universe) to the the sun at the center of the universe."

The story tellers of the bible believed the earth was flat and that the sky was a metal dome with lights attached and fixed. In the 16th century, Giordano Bruno surmised that space had no sky cover and the little lights that appeared to be specks of light attached to a dome were actually like our own sun. This was more a matter of brilliant speculation than of science. The church burned him at the stake for his ideas.

In 1543, Copernicus pointed out that the heliocentric theory made calculating planetary motion easier. But of course he did not go so far as to suggest that such a belief was foundational. When Galileo built a telescope and was able to see the satellites of Jupiter and other planetary objects it became possible to put a scientific face on the heliocentric view based on observation, experimentation, and calculations. This was followed up by Kepler, Cassini, Halley, and others. When Basil (in 1838) showed the paralactic displacement of star 61 Cygni it was finally shown scientifically that the stars were at different distances and were not affixed to a sky dome.

All of this "paradigm shift" as you call it was really 20 centuries of refinement of scientific tools (such as telescopes and mathematics) coupled with experiments designed to get at astronomical truths. The movement from geocentric to heliocentric was not a "leap"--it was a slow and methodical struggle of science.

"from Newtonian physics to Relativity and Quantum Physics."

Newtonian physics has not changed. It is doing quite well. Quantum physics is simply another lens for examination of our physical world. It examines the interrelationship of matter and energy from a different perspective.

"can you find one of my posts referring to the above?"

It is fairly obvious from myriad posts that you are unwilling or unable to draw any clear distinctions between science and pseudoscience. The best you could come up with was:

"The difference between science and pseudo science?? Jeeez, as you post points out, you could write whole volumes on it, and little parts of them would be outdated the next morning. I think people have to use their heads."

So let me ask you to "use your head". Do you agree that "mysticism" has nothing to do with science?? And, in particular--nothing to do with the science of wave mechanics? Do you agree that there is no scientific basis for trying to integrate these two separate and disparate activities?

Do you agree that science has no evidence of "spirit"...and thus no evidence of "spiritual"?
