Message 22428068 Paul, I just got back in my office to see the email. Since I don't have handy the emails that we sent back and forth I am unsure of what was written could be constituted as legally binding or not. I am unsure if your business partner sent it or not, your name was in the email address and it was not signed by anyone. I really don't want to go down the legal road because I don't plan on making any money with the software. I have not given out the software yet to any party that I offered to last week. I will not give out the software, if you admit that I created the software first without your prior notice until you saw me post chart. And that you contacted me regarding the software, I did not seek you out. Jeff
