All I know is the gouging is HUGE and all of the energy companies with gross, windfall profits need to be investigated and forced not only to stop, but to pay back the excessive profits they have taken from us. And btw, once there is legislation like this, the gouging will stop on its own because they thieves will try and take the money and run.
