Another bird sound - NDAQ+NYX insiders to public: BAIL!, BAIL! ABANDON SHIP!

===========

NYSE insider sales - wow did they cash out a bunch!

$1.5B sold, no proceeds to company. And when you're that level of insider, you don't even have that pesky lockup period to deal with:

The parent of the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Group Inc. (NYSE:NYX - News), on Thursday announced the pricing of a $1.54 billion offering of 25 million shares at $61.50 each, less than two months after the Big Board went public.

Nasdaq just sold some paper, too:

At least that offering was used to pay down debt. Gotta hand it to 'em, good time to exchange those wooden nickels for greenbacks - er, pounds, in this case I suppose.
