Yikes!...200,000 affected (you suppose they mean the entire population at risk?), or Infected? Worse yet, "35,000 deaths."
With worldly travel mostly by airplane, I suggest we have a Quarantine space in pre-airport access where a Fast Agglutination Test(s) are given and rapidly Confirmed and hopefully Negative for various Pathogens. Then, access to full USA airport is permitted, or return flights from Quarantine area post haste.

We've got airport X-Ray machines for Guns, Bullets, etc.; but do we protect the Safety of Air Travelers against Infection traveling to USA? On second thought, better to Test Boarding Passengers on foreign soil a couple days before full VISA approved, or just before flight to USA.
And, oh Yes, keep vials of Neuprex at every Airport infirmary, and ship one airplane load to handle a reasonble percentage of 165,000 survivors.

Do we do any of this above through our VISA permit or embassies processing? Hum!....this could get involved, and rightfully necessary?
