What beats me is why Bush and his folks are reluctant to use a international team to not only maintain peace in Iraq but also help in its rebuilding. I have no doubt that an Arab military force would do better than the US forces.

I am not sure if Bush-Cheney is reluctant to give up the war spoils/booty or that the other nations would not want to come in at this stage and instead prefer to let US handle it since Bush made a almost unilateral decision.
