chicken soup - made from whole fresh chicken parts - lots of garlic and hot pepper flakes, plus onion, celery, carrot. strain it - drink it. it works. trust me. I'll tell YEN.... ) I've been eating congee (asian rice soup)...I love it, but even that is hard to get down. I'll look to make some Chicken soup tomorrow... Thanks, Mom. scoot
