I dunno. I think so. But you don't want to use them. If you do, MON sues; ya gotta buy the seeds from them. Part of the license requirements when you buy their seed.
There are cases where fields were cross pollinated by neighbors' (corn, wheat, soy), and the farmer, who saved seeds, was sued by Mon for patient violations, to wit saving GM whatever seeds that Mon has exclusive rights to. Usually roundup ready plants so you can spray RU.
They are evil bastards.
