I remember the time well jack. I had just finished graduate school at the university of Washington and my mother had a nervous breakdown. She lived in California. I had to go down and I spent two years fixing up the house and trying to get it sold; and helping here regain her sanity. She was psychotic for a while. It was a tough time for me and her. She had bad arthritus and her husband had left here and she was worried about how she would survive. That is one reason I worry so much about people bush is hurting with his politics. It took a couple of years to sell and the person who bought it had a 14% loan. I moved my mom up to alaska and bought her a 4 plex. Later she just moved in with me and was much happier and helped me raise my younger daughter. Actually, I sell real estate now-lol. So I know the market pretty well (I am a very honest real estate agent-lol). Metals keep moving and I am just going to roam around the world playing poker and going diving-lol.
