EP...watching/waiting to move the stop. I just entered a gtc BUY stop @ 15.78 that price is .01 over yesterday's high, a nickel over today's high. H3 I am bending that rule book again. I will make this one a full position on strength. I agree with db3 it is a pro gap. To to me that means the odds favor price consolidation vs time consolidation.
