The information I posted from NASDAQ was their explanation why NASDAQ stocks are not double counted.

I didn't see that scenario in the post I responded to. Here's a link to your post. techstocks.com

What I did respond to was the following statement:

It's possible your example may work for thinly traded stocks, but your post was talking about a 10.5 million day.

Based on what NASDAQ told me, you're statement isn't correct.
