I agree with your post. Are you simply adding to my list of things ( do's dont;s) or disagree with some. How many DBL parking tickets are written each year? If a law is enactated stating you will received the death penalty for DBL parking,yes b>death penalty for double parking. how many DBL parking tickets do you think will be written after that HARSH law passes? ( if you took over 2 nanoseconds for the answer move to the back of the line) ZERO ...Heck yea ZIPPO ((less legit emergency dbl parkuing)) that is a harsh yet effective law.
