I think he'd gladly provide the cherry-picked intel He has to be able to persuade the analysts to give him intel. I think they were pre-selecting what they would let him pass on, and he didn't have the clout or techniques to steamroll them. Herr General won't have that problem, he knows how to investigate the analysts. TP
