You sound awful certain of that...

There are many flavors of libertarians. Some favor a private police and judicial system. Why they can't see the glaring problem with this one is totally beyond me. There are also those who see even that as too constraining.

By no means do I think everything should be managed by the state. But sometimes you need it to guarantee your rights.
