No I don't expect that. That's why we need a government lead to alternative energy. Would we have gone to the moon without the government? Would we have developed all the technology that goes with moon exploration and space exploration without the government? Discovered a cure for Polio? Made strides in the fight against AIDS? Survived WWII? Sometimes we need government to do big things, and gaining energy independence is one of the biggest challenges we currently face. If I were president I would make it a top priority.
