You kind off answered the questions you pose in your post with this statement:

You'll have to ask the Bush administration and the intelligence agencies why they aren't releasing the other information.

My questions:

What other information that you think they have and how do you know it if it is not public information.

Besides, after the claim by the Administration that they had very credible information about WMDs and then we find out that its credibility is as good or as bad that we individually make it out to be, it should not be difficult to surmise why it is hard for people to believe anything that the Administration says.
