Chris, Waterhouse...how do you like them? and in particulars with... 1. Time it takes to excecute an order? 2. Any lag with using the site via internet(any serious lag due to overlogged server) 3. Any server down-time during market hours? 4. Can you get a hold of a broker(via phone) during market hours in a resonable time(not have to hold on the average of 15 minutes)? 5. Most important any screw-ups or bad service? I remember Smart Money rated them number one. The reason I'm wondering, I won't mention any names, but the broker I'm with is also a highly rated internet broker, and I never knew about the five things above until I started trading through them.
