I am also invested in gold and doing well because of Bush's deficits. The dollar was very strong under Clinton's responsible fiscal management, but a pinata under Bush's loot and pillage philosophy. The dollar is getting pounded and deserves to be because of our irreponsible president. Better to buy gold, oil or francs than dollars. Switzerland by the way is a totally socialist state, so you're contradicting yourself by buying Swiss francs. The problem with Bush-Cheney is that they hand over all the power to corporate cronies and let them loot, gouge, pillage and get away with whatever they want. That results in more thwen a trillion dollars in damage. Plus if you make a killing you're let off easy on taxes and don't have to contribute anything back. And then the costly war. Just a mess.
