Hi James !

Looks nice, I just wanted to share an experience with you I had last week visiting a customer of mine. He told me he would throw out all his PCs and turn them into O2's cause of the rock-solid Unix stability. He estimates the extra cost for his Wintel-Boxes AT LEAST the difference between the price of a PC and an O2 Workstation.
The only thing he misses at the moment would be an Office Package that works like MS/Office, but on Unix systems.

The good news is that StarDivision (a german based company, www.stardivision.de, they have an english hompage, too) released their latest version 4.0 of StarOffice that apparently could be a threat for MS/Office. For example they "sell" CAMPUS LICENSES to Universities for
999 Deutschmarks, around $600. Schools and High School even get it for free !

That could be very helpful for the Low-End Unix market.

Speaking for me and not my employer.

Christian
