What Arab force is available? I just don't see it happening.

If Bush relaxes his requirement that reconstruction contracts will be given only to contractors from the countries who are in the coalition, then we will see countries like France, Germany, Egypt, Saudi Arabia etc. jump in to rebuild Iraq.

It is not a wise policy for Bolton to be beating up on the UN and the other countries who did not join the coalition and then expect them to work towards peace without any economic benefit.

It seems to me that Condi is trying shuttle diplomacy but I doubt if its goal is similar to what JIm Baker and Henry Kissinger did so effectively.

The challenge for Bush and Condi now is to build a coalition to keep the peace in Iraq and not live in the past of a coalition who fought the war.
