Yes the stock is halted. Randy expects it to be trading again by the end of the week. I just got off the phone. There was a personnel change in the back office and the person doing the accounting left at exactly the wrong time. Another party was brought in to complete the work. The audited statements are done.

What happened is that the auditing firm that audits Chesapeake's statements got randomly audited and caught something that wouldn't have been an issue if the accounting work hadn't gotten delayed in the first place. So, bottom line, it sounds like a relatively minor oversight, though Randy was clearly not happy about it.

I managed to get a couple more questions in and it sounds like there is a lot of good stuff going on, though it will take some time before they are ready to announce anything. The other stuff that we know about (Calavara, Cucaracha, AAU) is all progressing as anticipated.
