I need some help here from those that follow AOOR more closely than I do. Per EBOF's latest 10K, AOOR owns 66.49% of the company for a total of 129,000,000 shares. At today's closing price, this is worth well over $800,000,000.

Now, per AOOR's latest 10KSB, they have 156,000,000 shares outstanding with a total market capitalization of approximately $175,000,000.

What am I missing here? Not taking into account any of AOOR's other business assets, shouldn't the PPS be MUCH higher than it currently is. Their long term debt isn't very significant, at least compared to this 800 million in stock. Yeah, sure, EBOF is on a tear and will likely pullback, but still? Who is selling at these levels and why?

Thanks for any insights. I own a nice chunk, but keep wanting to buy a whole lot more.
