CKG is halted because as part of the recent crackdown by the TSX on junior companies they have been threatened with delisting due to a late filing.

But it's not as bad as it sounds. It was caused by their accountant leaving the company for another job and according to RR should be fixed by Friday. Look for explanatory posts by Slowlane on CD's thread.
