TP, The laffer curve hasn't worked yet. Reagan and Junior have only increased apparent revenue by borrowing. No one except those making straw man arguments would ever confuse borrowing with revenue. Or claim that revenues are down because expenses are up. The Laffer curve only deals with the revenue side of the equation. More people would know that if they actually taught it in public schools.
