John (below just woke me up - have fun)

this is from Stockhouse ... to get there: ... someone
on Stockhouse contacted CMM's IR ( Sandy - investor relations ) dept. and asked them some questions ...

the person on Stockhouse posted the reply from IR.

PLEASE NOTE:
The person's name who works for CMM and is
responsible for IR is Tom.

This guy is *terrific* - period.

the post ....

''Bogdan
I am always happy to answer investor questions and I will do my best to give you what you need.

Before I answer your questions I would like to say to one and all that we are not trying to avoid getting out our 1st Q results. We have choosen to audit our 1st Q results to meet the TSE listing requirements because we would like to be on the main TSE board as soon as possible and to get the ball rolling for AMEX.

1- Referring to above I can not give those numbers till the audit is completed.

2- They are to be out by the AGM so we can give them to the TSE while we are in Toronto.

3- The deal in Peru closes on Friday and as soon as it does we will begin getting the report done to have those ozs. NI-43101. We have spoken to the German firm who did the report and they will sent a rep. to Peru right away.

We expect to have this done in less than a month.

4- The one and only seller is Rab Capital and as of today I would quess that they have 800,000 shares left. They have been less than cooperative in their selling and have turned doun my efforts to take them out. ( did not want to do trade at $.05 less than the bid price)

When we are on the TSE and when we have 2 Q's of positive results we
will get analyst coverage and then the prices you have mentioned will be easily reached and surpassed. Century is about to break out big time and in the near future. Investors need to keep in mind that every deal has it's periods when it is accumulating before it breaks to higher ground and that during this period the people who really know what's going on can not believe it is not moving. Century is at that point now just like Desert Sun was before it's move.

I hope I have helped and one just has to look further out on the
horizon to see better times ahead, with gold moving higher.

Tom''

Lets review Slowly ....

(1)
How many gallons of water do we still have to
get thru that narrow pipe?

there are 800,000 gallons left (amen). And ALL the gallons
were (are) coming from one tank called RAB. I suspect
US Global Investors was never in the mix on this.

Paul - *you* can replace gallons with *shares* if
you like <g> but for everyone else its gallons ....

(2)
We will be on a second exchange soon.

Larry, your assignment (if you choose to accept it)
... is to find out who the TSE is?)

Most importantly
.... the AMEX is next ....
which you *know* is important ala AZK.

(3)
When will the NI-43101 for Peru be done.

"We have spoken to the German firm who did the report and they will sent a rep. to Peru right away.
We expect to have this done in less than a month."

Yes, YES - I LIED I LIED to everyone.

Some I told 3 months and some I told 6 months.

Shoot me .... <g> (What the heck do I know about mining-LOL)

(4)
About the word AUDIT.

A quarterly audit is not (ain't) the same as an annual audit. As the accountants at CMM and the auditors repeat the process going forward (the quarterly process) they (CMM) will dumb down the process so as to have certain financial records prepared by month and *ready* for the auditors review at the end of each quarter.

It is a no brainer exercise. Just ask Paul.

(5)
Because this post has re-vitalized the AMEX thingie
lets revisit the

CMM vs AZK scenario

AZK
page 33
2005 Annual Report
Common Shares 139,592,048
Fully Diluted 142,014,548

Debt (February 2006)
$75 million CDN (Canadian)

page 4
2005 Annual Report
175,000 oz per annum to begin late 2006
(my words:November)

AZK
Todays MARKET CAP (Common Shares * Market Price)
May 10th, 2006
Source:Yahoo
$349,000,000- USA Dollars

versus CMM Market Cap

CMM
May 10th, 2006
Source:Me
Shares 137,000,000
CMNZF.PK Closing price Yahoo 1.5382
Market Cap
$210,733,400 (137,000,000 * 1.5382)
check my math ...

Difference in Market Caps:
--------------------------
AZK's Market Cap is

$138,266,600
higher than CMM Market Cap ..

In round numbers then

CMM stock price in American dollars
is 1.00 (one dollar) too low
($138,266,600 / Shares 137,000,000 )

if we view AZK and CMM as equal entities

the above dumbs down and IGNORES ...

we are cranking out 90,000 OZ this year
the differences in the size of debt
the differnces in Cash Cost of Goods Sold
the differences in TRUE total gold reserves.
and whatever else I forgot ...

this GAP cannot continue ....

Life is good ....

John
