I agree that kennedy is getting very lenient treatment. The more i read about it the less sympathy i can have.
But to be fair Joe Scarbourough has said that this is typical for congressmen in DC. Also re: Rush, there is a guy in Florida serving a 25 year sentence for doing doctor shopping as rush did so Rush may have gotten some preferential treatment by the courts, if not by the prosecutor.
