So are we happy about this because it helps in the fight against terror or are we unhappy because it violates privacy rights we all have taken for granted. This is a tougher one for cons than libs because of the libertarian strain. If the enemy was more PC than going after poor islamic terrorists, libs would have no problems tapping you know. Many on the left would love to tap the Israelis and APAIC for example. But terrorists are just some poor folks who have been subjugated by the US>
