Elisha,

Sorry if my post is misleading. That's not what I'm saying.

Recent postings have implied that the CEO Manachem Hasfari has filed to sell or has sold approx. 40,000 shares of EDUSF.

All information that I have received and gathered indicate that the CEO did file a form 144 with the SEC to sell 40 (forty) valued at 340.00. (three hundred forty dollars).

Can't offer an explanation as to why the CEO would bother with a mere 40 shares, but until I see evidence elsewhere I'll stick with these figures.
CEO sold 40 shares for 340.00 dollars

It would be detrimental to any negociations if the CEO would sell out his entire position while they were ongoing. The negociations continue. Degem has secured an investment bank to handle the matter. IMHO it is more likely than not that a partnership will develope. The price and the amount adds a speculative twist to what already is a fundementally strong and improving company.
