Shocking, all the theories as to why the share price has dropped: Fidelity, Nextweb insiders, Earthlink (!!!), and probably others I forgot. We're still way ahead of where we were at the beginning of the year.
How about people are selling because the only information we have about near-term performance is tepid guidance for growth, nearly $50 million in cash burn next quarter, zero to minimal improvement in EBITDA, and a SLOOOOOW. LPV buildout.
[Business Voip, the hot little growth engine for the past year, is growing only at 60% annualized in a virgin market.]
Oh, and because the price shot up fast and furious, and those in for the ride see no short term catalysts so they have been dumping. That and longs "averaging up" in the $2.xx are dumping some of their shares in disgust as well.
The same folks who are "in it for Cabo" or whatever, many diehard longs "blasting" all the short-term devils, are the same folks fretting over the ticker. Makes no sense.
