Joe: Thanks for the site. It certainly givs me a liitle food for thought. I'm still holding my TECD shares for now. Company is expanding, sales are increasing. Other than the insider sales, I cannot see anything negative about this company. TECD has had a fantastic recent runup. Perhaps the insiders are using their money to buy some personal items. I wonder how many shares these guys still hold. In other words, what percentage of their holdings did they sell. Judy
