Brooks Automation to restate filings back to FY'99 Thu May 11, 2006 5:54 PM ET LOS ANGELES, May 11 (Reuters) - Brooks Automation (BRKS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday that it would restate certain filings from fiscal 1999 to fiscal 2005 with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. The microchip equipment maker said it believes that it had recognized less stock-based compensation expense than it should have in periods before fiscal 2006. Brooks said it is in the process of determining the impact of the errors.
