Jack,

According to the proxy material, Lawrence's sales breakdown by end product industry is:

Industrial..............23%
Auto Safety.............21%
Disk Drive..............21%
Telecommunications......17%
Medical.................8%
Consumer................4%
Other...................6%

Probably not enough capacity to make a dent in DRAM markets. Other text talks about MEMS sensors, I would guess accelerometers for airbag deployment in cars is one of their major products. What they do is place an epitaxial layer on a wafer that has usually had several steps completed at the original manufacturer's fab. The wafer is then returned for completion of the rest of the steps.
