Corporations are entities, people are behind them: stockholders and the officers of the corporation that the stockholders elect to manage the corporation's daily business.

So, you believe the government should be given the authority to diminish the individual rights of the stockholders because they have made a capital investment?

What is "social conscience?" Who defines it? Who quantifies it? Who responds to it? Is this amorphous, fluid mass of something really imbued with rights greater than that of individual American's inalienable rights? If so, where is that in the Bill of Rights?

Educate me. :)
