A EU-Latin American summit now? What a coincidence! Look this: Latin American and European leaders are in Vienna, Austria, for a summit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the continents.

The EU Commission for External Relations and Neighborhood Policy, Benita Ferrero-Waldner issued a statement Wednesday saying Europe will do everything it can to clear the way for closer trade partnerships. But she said Latin American nations must overcome obstacles on their side.

This is part of the plot! Just in time!! Only those stupid Latin Americans fail to see they're being taken for a ride!

But they deserve it: They embraced Chaves, Castro they love to make a show off to the US. The Europeans come from behind and screw them!!!

Instead of concentrating in create a environment where the capital flow into they did the reverse: Create an environment that eventually chase the capital away. The Europeans will laugh all the way to the bank!!!

The Europeans are afraid as hell of capital spreading more evenly. The Chinese have not fell for the Taiwan "crisis" nor to North Korea nuclear ambitions. The Latin Americans may fall for the European trap!
