The board of directors said that Lee Barker had resigned as a director of the company effective immediately, citing his increased workload as the president and chief executive officer of Sparton Resources Inc. Barker will remain with company as project development and operations technical advisor. Ben Au, chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company, has also tendered his resignation. Au will continue in his current role until May 31, 2006, and will remain with the company as a consultant. The company will conduct a thorough search for a new chief financial officer.
