The law is just society's attempt to establish a minimum standard of behavior. I'm so glad you advocate following the law. That means if society establishes laws that address corporations' rights you will be in favor of the corporations following them.

The fact is that corporations are even now restricted in their pursuit of profit by laws that our society has established. And that line of what is acceptable and what is not is somewhat arbitrarily drawn usually in response to some action that some group of people take objection to.
