Gary, Steve, RTR, Re Vivus float and shares approved.My understanding of the 177 mill shares approved recently by
board is that they CANNOT be furtheer " floated " to the public or to management for employee
options etc., unless the Board approves of that again.I think Vinick took care of this
when he bought his share.I think that management reassured him that there were no immediate
diluitive plans in the agenda. My understanding i s also that the reason all these shares were approved at once
because of bookeeping purposes and was easier to do so now.
