All companies, public or private, have a legal fiduciary responsibility to list the names of senior management. All of them. Those are our laws. Nobody is above the law, even though folks like Clinton tried to put themselves above it.

Three Democrats and one Republican run the Carlyle Group. That is a fact. Like all private companies, they have no obligation to disclose all facets of their business. But they are required by law to disclose senior management, as well as abide by a laundry list of investment regulations.
