Did you notice that Barghouiti and some Hamas guys in Israeli prisons recognized the two state solution and Israel based on pre-67 borders and asked all palestinian groups to refrain from attacking israel behind 67 borders. Of course WB settlements could remain a target. Hamas immediately rejected this but alluded to be willing to talk. This israel/pal thing is the core of a good deal of the hatred. It may not truly be high on bin ladens agenda but it is for those suiciders and potential middle class terrorists we talked about. Mideast must be settled--its a pre req for a grander settlement if thats ever possible.
