I know you trust Bush to be the decider. I don't trust him to decide anything. Certainly not who's a terrorist and who's not. Checks and balances are needed to keep leaders on the straight and narrow path of serving the people. Wisdom of the founding fathers should not be thrown in the toilet under any "unitary executive".
