Carl: One possible explanation for why so many of the options were not exercised on Friday: If there is a profit to be made, I believe that the broker will automatically exercise the option on Saturday when the adjustments are made if the customer has not elected to do so. If the customer wants to refuse the profit, the broker would be glad to keep it. Walter High
