I also cannot log in. I am getting frustrated. If they do not fix most of the problem in October then I am not going to continue my subscription in November. I cannot depend on this service to trade. I must admit that service slightly improved and NAQ people work hard to improve it however there are still major problems. Or it is down, or delayed few minutes, or charts are not usable or NYSE stocks do not work. This still should be a beta testing not a paid subscription. Three months should be enough to fix major problems. If it is not fixed then it means it has not been ready for regular subscription. It is a pity because for my needs it is THE BEST program on the market.

It is back and I could log in but there are missing tick data till 9:45 and NYSE stocks do not work.
