He was for sale and I believe he was bought and paid for a long time ago. Oh yeah!, definitely! Except he sold himself cheap. He's doin' the speeches and the fake accent for a few million bucks and the fiction that he is something more than the loser he's been his whole life. That's what makes him the perfect patsy, he feels he's entitled to respect but he's never earned any. All his puppetmasters had to do was keep him isolated and put up the fiction that he was somehow great, at least to his face. He ate it up, and did the role he was assigned. Cheney required billions to do his role, Bush Jr. was cheap! TP
