Their datamining for what number calls what number.

"Among other things, there’s no expectation of privacy."
That is in direct contradiction of the findings of the USSC in Roe v. Wade.

Roe v. Wade, in addition to being horrible constitutional jurisprudence, doesn't assert any expectation of privacy in this situation or in any similar situation.
