I guess it's just a bad habit of mine Dr J. I own a bunch of companys, they all seem to want to dilute the shares. I'm an investor and buy companys with small floats.If a company wants to keep a CFO, CEO, etc who's been doing a great job, i probably would vote yes. We got burned on UNSN, the MM shakeout, and then the IBM buyout totally sucked.I'm such a small shareholder, that voting no, will be like pissing in an ocean. Most of the companys i own would be the same way. Now if i owned 25 thousand shares of a company, i'd probably take my voting power a little more seriously. Alex
