no Ave Joe , its simply a representation of human diversity ... I'm sure that woman with the "stretched neck" in her tribe survives as good or better in her environment than you would or are in your "own land" , unless you want to attach your own judgements of is she "happy" like you are ....or as "well off" as you are ...or as "saved" as you are ...or has to walk to the well to carry her own water . She probably is as well off or better than some are in the brutal cement jungles of East Compton LA or back street neighborhoods of the "New" Orleans ? but "its" all relative isn't "it" ? (different strokes for different folks ) <g
