I think Interactive Brokers is by far the best broker. There system is never down, there fees are the lowest and margin rates are great. To top it off, they pay very high interest rates on the cash in the account. I dont see how they can be beat. I have used many others, such as Etrade, Scotttrade, Options Express, Brown etc. I would love to hear anyone else find a better broker. Hope this helps.
