Looks like you called the bottom with this forum Lucky for me, I was buying in 2002... Many thousands of shares of CACS under 50 cents investorshub.com It peaked in 2004 Was in a bear market through late 2005 and is now going up again with good YTD gains. FWIW, I'm up significantly since March 2000 and my portfolio has about half in tech...
